Spring & Fall Steelhead Fishing Steelhead fishing is optimal from late February through March, and early October until the river freezes. Steelhead fishing trips by jet boat are available for any number of days and any size of party. The fish run from 4 to 16 pounds. Up to 12 fishermen can participate in each trip. The trip includes a stay at the comfortable River of No Return Lodge cabins. We will furnish everything but your personal effects. Bring your own rod and reel. Some tackle is available for purchase at the lodge. Summer Trout Fishing Trips  Meet the jet boat at the end of the road at Corn Creek for a whitewater ride to our lodge 18 miles downriver. Each day we take the boat to a different stream, tie it up, spend the day fishing, then return to the lodge for a home cooked meal and a relaxing evening. It is not uncommon for our anglers to catch and release 100 trout a day; rainbow and westslope cutthroat up to 19 inches.  > Records <  The opportunity for trout fishing trips is usually from mid July through early Sept. These are rugged wilderness creeks, some with no trails. Good physical condition is recommended. Tackle is not provided.
